I recently hired Rolling In The Dough Pizza to cater my daughter’s first birthday party, and they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and their pizza is absolutely delicious. The creative concept of a mobile pizza company was a big hit with my guests, who were completely satisfied and impressed.

I worked with Scott, who was diligent, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He walked me through the ordering process, checked in regularly, and provided a level of service that is hard to come by these days. On the day of the birthday, the team arrived right on time to set up. They made delicious pizzas, cleaned up thoroughly, and left without leaving any mess behind. It was like they were never even there!

I highly recommend Rolling In The Dough Pizza and will definitely be using them again for future events at my home.

Tried the Kielbasa and Pineapple pizza at the Auburn Blues and Brews Festival. FANTASTIC! Fast and friendly service! Hope to see this food truck at another event!

Rollin' In The Dough Pizza was a major success at our first annual Ho-Ho-Kus Day festival! Their pies were exceptional, prepared on site in their wood burning oven with the finest and freshest ingredients. They were so popular, they sold out!

We absolutely loved working with Rollin’ in the Dough and the pizza was delicious!!!! We had over 100 guests at our party and their team managed the crowd perfectly and everyone was well fed and very happy! I’m still getting texts with friends asking me to share their contact info!!!! We just had our second event with Rollin' in the Dough Pizza (our son's 5th birthday) and we can't wait to have them again soon. Working with Todd and the guys, it is the smoothest sailing and delicious operation any person wished they had at their party. The pizza is DELICIOUS - the dough is superb and not sure what they put in the oven, but WOW. Our guests especially enjoyed the pickle pizzas and the mac and cheese pizzas. The options are endless and they accommodate every diet - our guests were super happy!

Todd and his team did not disappoint! He had excellent communication with us from the start. They responded to our inquiry quickly and went over everything in great detail.
